He is survived by his wife, Dr. Oluyemisi Jokotade Fatunde, and two children, Mr. Morounkeji Fatunde and Dr. (Mrs.) Yetunde Awosemusi.

The burial ceremony of the late Professor Tunde Fatunde was held at the Academy Inn and Multipurpose Hall, Agindigbi, Ikeja, Lagos State on Thursday.

His friends and families were gathered at the venue of the event to take a final glimpse of his remains and also pay their last respect.

Fatunde was born in Makurdi, Benue State in December 1951.

He died on the 27th of January 2022.

He is survived by his wife, Dr. Oluyemisi Jokotade Fatunde, and two children, Mr. Morounkeji Fatunde and Dr. (Mrs.) Yetunde Awosemusi.
