Crescent University honours Mr. Latin

Veteran Nollywood actor and President of the Theater Arts and Motion Picture Producers Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), Bolaji Amusan popularly called Mr Latin was honoured at the Cresent University Founder’s day.

The comic actor in an Instagram post was excited to be found worthy of the award by the institution.

Sharing a picture of him raising the plaque in excitement, Mr Latin wrote: “HONORED TO RECEIVE JUDGE BOLA AJIBOLA COMMUNITY AWARD AT THE CRESCENT UNIVERSITY 16TH FOUNDERS DAY.”

The actor in another post shared a photo of himself receiving the award in the company of veteran filmmaker, Tunde Kelani.

The event was also graced by some of his colleagues.

He featured in a movie titled 50-50, produced in 1992 by the late Akin Ogungbe and joined ANTP in 1989.

He has produced over 40 movies mostly comedies.
