Blessing Boma Douglas, the daughter-in-law to Nollywood veterans, Olu Jacobs and Joke Silva said she is no longer married to their son, Soji.
The mental health advocate who got married to the actors’ son in July 2018 said her marriage is over.
Douglas made the disclosure on Wednesday via her Instagram page during an interactive session with fans and followers.
Answering a question by a fan, the mum of one stated that her marriage is irreconcilable and cannot be repaired.
During the session — which has now been deleted from her page, a fan had asked “are you still married to your husband?” to which she replied “No. Oya make una rest.”
Another fan then asked if there is any possibility of the pair coming together again.
Douglas said “What God cannot do does not exist. However, there are some things that we don’t want God to do. You get it? If not, forget about it,” she added.
Further confirming the split, she answered another fan “No. He will have to register for interview o.” when asked: “Are you still married? My brother who stays in the UK is madly in love with you.”
Blessing and Soji tied the knot in July 2018.
They welcomed their only child, Oluwasoromidayo Atarah Owanemi Abimbola Jacobs, in April 2019.
