Hafsat Abiola-Costello has been heavily criticised for comparing her father, MKO Abiola with Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi state.
Bello on Saturday announced that he is seeking the presidency of Nigeria on the platform of the All Progressives Congress.
The big surprise was that Harvard-trained daughter of Chief MKO Abiola has emerged as the director-general of his campaign.
Commenters did not pick issues with Hafsat for working on Bello’s campaign, but felt she crossed the red line by comparing her dad with Bello.
Wrote BabyfaceUS: “I know Hasfat Abiola through the group we belong too, one of the most elitist and cerebral group in the southern hemisphere. However I was shocked to see her compare her late father with Yahaya Bello. This is a new low. IBB has then been vindicated for annulling 1993 election!

The campaign marriage between Hafsat Abiola, a Harvard Grad.and Yaya Bello reminds me of the Chude-Debola rebranding for Pres. Buhari..politics is such a beautiful thing because it pays little attention to morals but interests.
