Pastor David Ibiyeomie of Salvation Ministries has boasted that he has the wisdom to take Nigeria out of its economic woes and plans to share it with the next president.
He spoke during the church’s April week of spiritual empowerment in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, South-South Nigeria.
He said as he stood in the church before the service started, strange wisdom came to him that he would never share again.
“Now, I stood here before service started and strange wisdom came to me, which I will never share again, I will only share it with whoever comes to power in Nigeria.
“I will sit with the person and I will tell the person I am giving you this idea, tell the world that I gave you, if you don’t write it, I won’t give you. I can tell you that the wisdom I have today will bring Nigeria out of its economic woes.
“But I will never share it again. I have strange wisdom that will make Nigeria come out of economic woes, but whoever becomes the president is who I will give it to and I will tell the person to sign that this idea came from me so that you will not go on television and say it’s your own. I will not insult the person but the person must sign.
“I will give the person the idea and tell him to sign my papers that I gave you this idea, free of charge because I love Nigeria. All that is causing Nigeria’s crises is a lack of wisdom, it’s not the devil, it’s not the oil. The oil crisis is not what is causing the problem, it’s lack of wisdom,” Ibiyeomie stated.
He said he prayed for wisdom for one year after he saw the wisdom of Bishop David Oyedepo.
“I told him (Oyedepo), I like this wisdom. How can a man get this kind of result and he is at peace, I used one year to ask for wisdom. I can tell you the spot where I did pray in 1996 because you know what you hunger for is different, you think I am the one who preaches more?
“It’s not the greatest preacher that has the biggest wisdom. You see Papa Adeboye, does he preach any message? Papa said, Daddy just spoke… He pastors the biggest Church whether you like it or not today on earth, all he will say is that: ‘Daddy just spoke, not too much English, his grammar is simple, in fact, the grammar is not any grammar, yet his level of wisdom is surpassing,” he stated.
