The Theatre Command of Operation Hadin Kai has displayed weapons seized from the Sambisa Forest enclave of Boko Haram and ISWAP.

The Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant-General Farouk Yahaya, who inspected the weapons on Tuesday, commended the troops for capturing the large number of weapons.

He was taken round the equipment by the General Officer Commanding 7 Division of the Nigeria Army, Major-General Christopher Musa.

Yahaya assured Nigerians of the Army’s readiness to get rid of all terrorists in the country.

He asked the terrorists to lay down their arms as soon as possible before it is too late.
