Emeka Rollas, National President of the Actors’ Guild of Nigeria (AGN), is saddened following the death of two budding Nollywood stars, Chinedu Bernards and Chima Precious.
Rollas in a post shared on his Instagram page, lamented having a heavy heart when informed of the actors’ demise.
He called on Nollywood stars to take a special day to call on God in prayers.
Rollas, therefore, set up a three-man committee to design a link that members of the Guild would join from all states.
He added that the committee will be headed by Apostle Eucharia Anunobi.
Sharing the photos of the deceased actors, the AGN president wrote: “My heart is heavy.
Just about when I wanted to speak on my brother Yul Edochie and the polygamy saga I was informed of the death of these young and budding actors Chima Precious in Abuja and Chinedu Bernard in Enugu.
My heart bleeds.
Actors need a special day to call on God.
I have therefore set up a three-man prayer committee to design a prayer link that members of our Guild would join from all the states.
This committee is headed by Apostle Eucharia Anunobi. Other myers are: Pascal Amanfo and Arinze Okonkwo.
