But a political associate who was at his Iyamho country home, Etsako West local government to celebrate the end of Ramadan festival, over the weekend, hinted that “the declaration was a ruse”.
The associate who craved anonymity added that “Oshiomole for Senate is a reality which will be actualized.”
He disclosed that the former Governor of Edo State was on ground at his country home to further assure his supporters who came in numbers to support his Senatorial ambition.
“The supporters who came from across the six local governments of the district, later took their turn to append their signatures on some sections of the nomination form which is a mandatory requirement before onward submission of the form,” he said.
