It was a rousing welcome for New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) presidential aspirant, Olufemi Ajadi when he visited the Obafemi Owode constituency of Ogun State, on Wednesday.
Aside from the party members who came out in their number chanting party slogans, a musical bad went into a frenzy singing Ajadi’s eulogy.
In his welcome speech, the party chairman of the Obafemi Owode Local Government, Comrade Tunde Adegboyega, said the new Nigeria the Nigerians have been clamoring for has come into the reality.
He added that for the reality to come to stay citizens need to welcome and vote NNPP in 2023 general election.
Adegboyega added that Ajadi is a young and vibrant aspirant whose political ambition is to rescue Nigerians from the hand of the government of lawlessness.
“I can see that my people of Obafemi Owode love our aspirant to be the next president of our great nation but I will urge every one of you to go and get their PVC as the power to change the bad system in 2023,” he said.
Olufemi Ajadi, in his address, told the gathering that they should prepare to work with the NNPP to save the ship of the country from sinking at the hand of the bad leaders.
Ajadi said if the old politicians are voted for in 2023, it means the future of the youths, who are known to be the leaders of tomorrow, is not bright.
“I have taken the bulls by the horns to wake other Nigerian youths in liberating our dear nation, Nigeria,” he said.
