Dr. Preston Phillips, victim of gunman Michelet Louis

The shooter at the Tulsa Oklahoma Natalie Medical building has been identified, along with his victims.

Tulsa Police Department identified the gunman as 45-year-old Michelet Louis, a black man.

He killed four people and himself on Wednesday after opening fire on the second floor of the Natalie Medical building.

Police Chief Wendell Franklin identified the victims as Dr. Preston Phillips, Dr. Stephanie Husen, Amanda Glenn, and William Love.

The police also gave a chronology of the events leading to the shooting.

On 19 May, Louis went into the hospital for a back surgery, Phillips was the doctor.
Louis was discharged on 24 May.

After his discharge, Louis called several times complaining of pain and wanted additional treatment.

On 31 May, Phillips saw Louis again for additional treatment.

Louis returned to the hospital on 1 June, requesting additional assistance, two days after he purchased the semi automatic rifle from a local gun store. It was an AR-15.

Police said Louis bought a .40 caliber Smith and Wesson pistol on May 29th from a local pawn shop.

Police said the first 911 call was from Dr. Phillips.

The call was received at 4:53.

Then more calls came in after, saying there was an active shooter on the second floor of the Natalie building.

Officers entered the building on the 1st floor and heard the gunman taking his own life at 4:58.
