Tinubu: I am a man with a serious purpose, give me the job

APC Presidential hopeful, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has described himself as a serious man with a serious purpose to take Nigeria out her many challenges.

Tinubu spoke at the Eagle Square, venue of the APC presidential primary election. He spoke shortly before the commencement of voting.

He said a heavy responsibility is placed on delegates to election the right candidate to fly the banner of the APC in next year’s presidential election.

The former governor of Lagos said the primary season had been an intense one for those aspiring to be president, while commending all the aspirants.

Tinubu said competition would make the party better, saying that at the end of today’s primary, a candidate would be selected to fly the banner of the APC.

He said the party must emerge in unity and that the objective must be to triumph in next year’s election.

Tinubu said “the candidate you select must deliver in the election. The candidate must unite Nigeria and have experience, leadership and knowledge. I believe I am the person. I have the experience, I am a serious man with a serious purpose. “
