Labour Party’s Presidential candidate, Peter Obi has received the party’s Certificate of Return as its presidential candidate for 2023.
Obi arrived at the party’s national office in Abuja on Friday where he was handed over the certificate by the party.
The former Anambra State Governor recently dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Labour Party after he saw that he would not be able to clinch the party’s ticket.
At the Labour Party’s presidential primary, Prof. Pat Utomi stepped down for Obi to run for the presidency.
His tentacle has spread on social media, especially Twitter.
But Labour Party got less than 6,000 votes in 2019 presidential election, coming 30th position.
