Victor Osimhen grabbed four goals on Monday as the Super Eagles of Nigeria beat hapless Sao Tome & Principe 10-0 in an African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier.
The Eagles had last Thursday defeated Sierra Leone 2-1 in Abuja.
Today’s match was played in Sao Tome & Princope and the Nigerian side made it look like a training match.
Osimhen opened scoring on nine minutes after an assist from Moses Simon, while Osimhen assisted Simon in scoring the second goal on 28 minutes.
The Eagles added the third goal on 43 minutes through Moffi T., assisted by Osimhen, just as Osimhen scored the fourth goal on 48 minutes.
Etebo got Nigeria’s 5th goal, while Moffi. T scored the 6th goal and his brace of the match, having been assisted by Zaidu Sanusi.
Ademola Lookman scored the 7th goal for Nigeria.
