Giorgio Chiellini is joining Major League Soccer (MLS) club Los Angeles FC in the dusk of his career.
The former Italy captain disclosed this on Monday in a short video on social media, with the headline “The Next Chapter” and showing the 37-year-old center-back in the LAFC club kit.
Euro 2020 winner Chiellini played his 117th and final Italy match last week against England, after ending his 17-year club term at Juventus last month.
According to news reports, Chiellini now has a contract until 2023 at LAFC who lead the Western Conference table.
