Dekunle Okunrinboye is a Nigerian entrepreneur, senior executive, and private investor; born on 17 July 1995 in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. He is one of the youngest successful businessmen in the country. Although he spent some part of his life abroad, he moved back to Nigeria to help improve investment opportunities.
The said businessman (Dekunle Okunrinboye) is a Christian and was born to a businessman father of former senator Remi Okunrinboye.
His Father, Remi Okunrinboye is an elder statesman, Politician, Accountant, and astute administrator. He is the cousin of Adekunle Ajasin (The First Civilian Governor of Ondo State).
He is one of the foremost indigenous cocoa Merchants with over four decades of experience in the exportation of cocoa to the United States of America, Europe, and far Middle East with an emphasis on quality cocoa from Nigeria. He was one of the few people who in 1986 upon the liberalization of cocoa took the bull by the horn to start cocoa international marketing that attracted mostly Europeans and Asians at that time.
According to publications by Authority newspaper, Adekunle spent most of his childhood in Nigeria watching his father work in his company and eventually became quite interested in the company’s day-to-day affairs.
This made his childhood life a very busy one, and as a result, he had no time to socialize with neighbors or family members.
Anyone who has met the intelligent and hardworking Dekunle Okunrinboye will surely allude to the facts the 28 years old is a complete definition of an highly intelligent business person. And when you speak to him you will be surprised of his awareness and passion and understanding. He is a multi-faceted young man and has achieved success not just because of his business insights but also through his sheer hard work and determination.
However, his parents tried their best to provide Dekunle and his siblings the best education they could afford. After he completed his high school, Adekunle enrolled at Babcock University; He chose to study business administration and marketing in a bid to expand his knowledge about the business world. He graduated in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Business admin.
Prior to his graduation from University, he was working at Team of Dedicated Achievers LTD. (TODA) an Entertainment, Lifestyle, and Hospitality Company where he rose to the highest position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), before bowing out to create his own company after finishing his NYSC program.
Online credible sources show in early 2015, Adekunle co-founded DK Industries group, established as a haulage business now evolved into other business segments, like commodities, Real Estate, Entertainment, Oil & Gas, and basic investments.
Okunrinboye is also an Executive at JOFEC Group, a multinational business in Oil & Gas, Construction, Commodity Export, and Hospitality. And was at one point the largest exporter of quality cocoa from Nigeria.
He is an accomplished businessman who has fit perfectly into his conglomerates. His educational background and passion for business have made him a fortune.
