APC postpones formal unveiling of Kashim Shettima

The unveiling of the Vice Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Kashim Shettima has been postponed till Wednesday next week.
The unveiling was initially scheduled for today at 1pm.
P.M.News learnt that the postponement was at the instance of party chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, who wanted the governors to attend the event.
Many of the governors are at present in Osogbo, Osun state, as members of the campaign council.
The party’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu arrived Osogbo on Monday and left Wednesday with Shettima to Abuja, to complete all the INEC papers for Shettima.
In Osun, the party’s candidate, Governor Gboyega Oyetola will seek a second term in the election scheduled for 16 July.
