Stakeholders in Apapa Port Lagos hailed Comptroller Mallanta Ibrahim Yusuf the Nigerian Customs Area Controller of Apapa port for restoring sanity, peace, and order in the Port hub of maritime business in Lagos.

According to some clearing agents at the Port, days of delay of examination, false declaration, extortion, and bringing in prohibited items are over.

A clearing agent Mr Patrick offodile stated that the professional expertise brought into operation of the command by the current Enforcement officer DC Muhammed Alhaji Yusuf is one of a kind and the dogmatic approach to his duty is responsible for that appreciable peace law and order in the port.
