A massive explosion has hit a mosque in Afghan’s capital, Kabul during the evening prayer, with 20 people feared dead and about 40 others injured.
Khalid Zadran, the Taliban’s Kabul police spokesman, was quoted by local media as saying there had been an explosion in the city’s 17th district.
Kabul’s Emergency Hospital said on Twitter they had received 27 patients wounded in the blast, including a seven-year-old child.
