The cleric who foretold the victory of William Ruto in the August 9 presidential election and at the Supreme Court urged the president-elect to learn how to forgive and bring all and sundry together in running the affairs of Kenya.

Primate Ayodele noted that the beginning of his government will be good but he shouldn’t seek vengeance because it is by the power of God that he won the presidential election.

He advised him to be careful against entering a wrong partnership with any country and that he should seek the face of God before getting into any agreement.

‘’Kenya President-elect, William Ruto will face various challenges and the beginning of his government will be very good. He will put the country in better shape but he must learn how to forgive, and bring all and sundry together. He should not seek vengeance because it is God that gave him this victory.

‘’Ruto should put his house in order, there is still a long way to go. He must be careful against entering wrong partnership with any country. Before getting into any agreement, he must seek the face of God.’’

Furthermore, he advised him to review the salary of civil servants and pray against natural disasters and security challenges.

‘’Ruto must review the salaries of the civil servants, he should play an all-inclusive politics, he will perform better than Uhuru Kenyatta. He must pray against natural disaster and security challenges like bomb attack, killings, and unexpected shootings and must not allow division in his party.’’
