Former Edo governor Adams Oshiomhole, has said the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, cannot fufil his promise of tackling insecurity and fixing Nigeria’s economy if elected into office in 2023.

Oshiomhole, a former chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC spoke at the APC Youth Summit of the party in Abuja on Sunday.

According to the former Edo governor, Obi’s record as governor of Anambra State between 2006 to 2014 does not suggest that he has the capability to tackle security challenges.

He said Obi’s successor Willie Obiano has to embark on destruction of houses in Anambra State after he took over.

Oshiomhole, a close associate of Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of APC challenged the youths to go on the internet to investigate his claims, according to Premium Times.
