Fans and celebrities have sent their condolences to the former MAVIN star, urging him to stay strong.
Nigerian singer, Ayoleyi Hanniel Solomon, better known by his stage name Reekado Banks, has lost his mother, Mrs. Dorcas Olubunmi Solomon.
Her death was announced on the singer’s Instagram page on Tuesday evening.
A blurred picture of the deceased carried a statement signed by the family.
It read, “It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our wife, mother, grandmother, sister, confidant, and friend.”
“Dorcas Olubunmi Solomon is survived by her husband, sisters, children, and grandchildren. We implore the general public to keep us in prayers at this difficult time. The Solomon Family”.
As at the time this report was filed, the cause of death is yet to be disclosed.
