Talented Afropop musician and songwriter, Sammie Cross is one artiste whose voice will calm frayed nerves. The singer recently released his new project titled ‘Cruise & Storm’ EP.
The 7-track EP described as “his finest work yet,” features Sammie’s signature sound. On the opener “Amapiano,” he taps into the overgrowing South African sound.
Cruise & Storm follows Sammie’s 2016 debut Take Alert the single which also appears as a bonus track on his project.
This project marked a new step for his music journey with all shades of Sammie as he had proven in time past his capability in releasing melodic oeuvres.
Sammie Cross who is signed to PM records over the years has gotten the industry’s attention through his melodious voice, dedication, and amazing stage presence.
In a recent chat with Lambo Xtra, the graduate of microbiology reflected on his journey. “It’s been a crazy process, I really cannot lie. But it’s worth it.”
“I see myself as one of the few fortunate artists that have enjoyed a small fraction of fame in the industry. I am committed to producing good songs, building an amazing career, and making everyone around me proud. I see myself shutting down big event centers and making a positive impact through my music”, he said.
