Aminat Folakemi Salaudeen, second daughter of Alhaji Rafiu Salaudeen, the General Manager of Peter Bradford & Associates, tied the nuptial knot with her heartthrob, Teslim Adeoye Oyegunju, a veterinary doctor, in Lagos on Saturday 29 October 2022.
The well-organized engagement and Nikkah ceremonies that took place at the palatial D Orange Event Center, Oko-Oba, Agege witnessed a convergence of notable figures, family members, and fans of the Salaudeens and the Oyegunjus from far and near.
Among notable personalities who graced the fun-filled event include the Chairman of Peter Bradford Group of Companies and former Chairman of Onigbongbo LCDA, Hon. Idowu Osuolale Obasa; Pro-Chancellor and Acting Chairman of the Governing Council of the Crown-Hill University, Ilorin, Prof. Bashiru Raji; Chief Missioner of NASFAT World Wide, Al-Imam (Engr.) Abdul-Azeez Onike, and Barr. Fola Lawal.
Others are Clerk of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Alh. Adeyemo Adedeji; Retired Permanent Secretary, Alhaja Khadijat Gbolahan Daodu; Obstetrics and Gynaecology Consultant, Dr (Mrs) Otun; Ophthalmology Consultant, Dr Modupe Idris, and Retired Principal of the Ansar-Ud-Deen High School, Ijebu-Ode, Alhaja Wakilat Olubajo.
The elated father of the bride, Alh. Rafiu Salaudeen told P.M.NEWS at the end of the event: “I feel on top of the world, it is a great day for me. I am so happy the day came and we were able to do it as planned. I give glory to Allah for making it possible.”
The lucky groom Teslim could also not hide his excitement as he told P.M.NEWS, “I am the happiest man alive today. This is a day that won’t repeat itself, I am grateful to my parents, my in-laws, and my friends for making it a successful day for us.”
The beautiful bride Aminat, a graduate of Fishery & Horticulture from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) said she was very happy to be married to Teslim.
