Our Correspondent learnt that before she left APC, she courteously informed the former Transport Minister, her former boss.

Mrs Semenitari’s, father, Sir Gabriel Toby who was the Deputy Governor to former Governor Dr. Peter Odili is from Opobo in Opobo-Nkoro local government area.

It is also worthy to note that Siminalaye Fubara, the Rivers State Governorship Candidate of the PDP is also from Opobo.

Observers believe that her return to the PDP, just like that of Chris Finebone, former Spokesman of Rivers APC who was recently sworn in as Commissioner by Governor Nyesom Wike, was to galvanize support for the Governorship candidate, Fubara.

At time of filing this report, Semenitari had not issued any official statement on latest development.
