Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike and three other governors loyal to him have stormed Benue State for the flag-off of PDP governorship campaign in the state.
The governors are: Engr Seyi Makinde (Oyo), Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (Enugu) and Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu.
They arrived Makurdi, Benue State capital on Sunday.
The Governors are currently at dagger-drawn with leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, insisting that Iyorchia Ayu,the National Chairman of the party should resign.
Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State received the governors on arrival at the Makurdi Airport.
Our Correspondent learnt that the Governors are in Benue the State for the flag off the PDP campaign and the inauguration of projects projects executed by the Ortom’s administration.
