A Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) House of Representatives Toyin Amuzu has advised Nigerians to save themselves from another four years of hardship situations by voting out the All Progressives Congress, APC in the 2023 general elections.

Amuzu who is the PDP candidate for Abeokuta Federal Constituency gave the advice while commissioning a borehole water project to the people Elite Community,Idi Aba area of Abeokuta South,Ogun State.

He lamented that it is obvious that APC has no solution to the problems of insecurity, economy and other challenges bedeviling the country.

He noted that high cost of living, especially as it concerns staple foods is quite worrisome and getting unbearable as people now find it hard to make ends meet.

Amuzu added that it was quite unfortunate that the government of the day has not seen any reason to ameliorate or cushion the effects of its failures, by supporting the suffering masses, even as prices of various goods continue to soar,”

He however advised the people to note their friends and enemies, saying “we in the PDP are committed to a better society where the overall well-being of our people and the development of our communities are top priorities”.

According to him, “We are not deterred by their shenanigans to cling to power by disrupting our political party with fifth columnists, this water project is just another selfless support to help our people reduce their sufferings in their search for portable water”.

“No doubt, the PDP has great experience in governance and we have learnt our lessons. But today, they have destroyed our economy and a whole lot. Realities on ground have proved that governance is not a child’s play and the PDP really tried while it was in power, despite all their concocted lies, vile propaganda and deceits”.

Amuzu therefore enjoined Nigerians to openly reject APC in the 2023 elections if they want a vibrant change that would move them from hardship.

Also at the event was a House of Assembly candidate vying to represent Abeokuta South State Constituency 2, Idowu Owonifuja who assured that the PDP would continue to put the interest of the people above every other thing.

He assured that he will deliver more people oriented projects, policies and development from as elected representative of PDP.

The borehole water project was commissioned for use and handed over to the Elite Road community Development Association, CDA, by the PDP gubernatorial hopeful Chief Ladi Adebutu who was represented by Alhaji Isiaka Amodemaja in company of Alhaji Semiu Sodipo and Hon Ismaila Odejinmi among other dignitaries.
