House of Reps reschedules plenary resumption

The House of Representatives has rescheduled its resumption date for plenary from the earlier fixed date to Nov. 14.

The Clerk of the House, Mr Yahaya Danzaria said this on Thursday.

Danzaria in a statement in Abuja said that the shifting of the plenary resumption was to enable the lawmakers to attend to urgent legislative issues.

The House adjourned the plenary on Oct. 12 after it passed for second reading, the 2023 appropriation bill.
