Manchester City were held to 1-1 draw by Everton on Saturday at the Etihad Stadium, a frustrating result that means Arsenal may open seven gap if they beat Brighton later today.

It was a bad way to end the year 2022 for Manchester City after garnering 76 percent ball possessions and 16 goal attempts, with only three shots on goal.

Everton, with two goal attempts scored with their only shot on goal, as they frustrated City from beginning till the end of the match.

City had opened scoring on 24th minute through Erling Haaland for his 21st goal of the season.
