Welbeck scored stunning goal for Brighton

Rampant Brighton thrashed Liverpool 3-0 on Saturday to move ahead of the Reds in the premier league table to seventh position.

It was a dominant performance from the home side and woeful display from Liverpool.

After a goalless first half, Brighton opened scoring two minutes after the break. Kaoru Mitoma put the ball on a plate for Solomon March, who scored with a simple close-range finish.

Six minutes later, the homers made it 2-0 as March got his brace. He wasted little time in getting away a bullet of a shot that flew past the goalkeeper into the right side of the net.

Cody Gakpo, on 80th minute, was put clear inside the box by a lofted pass. He only has the keeper to beat, but Robert Sanchez came out bravely to save at his feet.
Danny Welbeck struck the third goal for Brighton eight minutes to duration time. It was an amazing individual effort from Welbeck that ended with a strike from inside the penalty area. He sent the ball precisely into the bottom right corner and made it 3-0.
