Kafayat, wife of Adegboyega Oyetola and some APC supporters were caught on video singing and dancing after the Osun Tribunal sacked Governor Ademola Adeleke from office on Friday.
The Osun State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal had earlier today nullified the victory of Adeleke as duly elected governor of the State.
The tribunal had, in its judgment, declared Oyetola of All Progressives Congress, APC, as the authentic winner of the July 16, 2022 governorship election in the state a 2-1 split decision.

The tribunal subsequently deducted the over-voting observed from the votes scored by the candidates and declared that Oyetola won the election, having polled 314, 921, while Adeleke’s score came down to 290, 266.
The tribunal cited violation of the electoral act and over-voting as reason for nullifying Adeleke’s victory.
Immediately after the judgement was delivered, Kafayat and APC supporters were seen dancing and singing victory song.
