The tribunal nullified the election of Adeleke on the ground of over-voting and the violation of the provisions of the Electoral Act.
The Osun Governorship Election Petition Tribunal had on Friday sacked Governor Ademola Adeleke from office and declared the former governor, Adegboyega Oyetola as the winner of the July 16, 2022 governorship election.
The tribunal nullified the election of Adeleke on the ground of over-voting and the violation of the provisions of the Electoral Act.
