Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau another unidentified object has been shot down by US jet over Canada’s airspace.

This coming after US fighter jet shot down a high-altitude object hovering over Alaska on the order of President on Friday.

But Trudeau said on Saturday that he ordered the shot down of an unidentified object hovering Canadian airspace.

The prime minister, in tweets said he spoke with President Joe Biden and that the Canadian forces would now recover and analyse the wreckage of the object.

“Canadian and U.S. aircraft were scrambled, and a U.S. F-22 successfully fired at the object.

“I spoke with President Biden this afternoon. Canadian Forces will now recover and analyze the wreckage of the object. Thank you to NORAD for keeping the watch over North America,” he said.

A week earlier, US military fighter jets shot down the suspected Chinese surveillance balloon over the Atlantic Ocean, ending a remarkable public drama that prompted a diplomatic fallout between Washington and Beijing as the American public tracked the balloon from Montana all the way to the Carolinas.
