Robyn Rihanna Fenty has shocked her fans yet again by announcing her second pregnancy during her performance at the 2023 Apple Music Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show in Glendale, Arizona.
The 34-year-old was dressed in bright red from head to toe, revealing a baby bump and making history as the first pregnant woman to perform in the halftime show.
In the opening moments of her performance, Rihanna played up the big reveal by rubbing her stomach and leaving the zipper of her outfit open to reveal her stomach.
She had earlier hinted that she would be bringing someone along but left out who it was.
In an interview last week, the Bajan singer was asked if there would be any surprises during her performance at Arizona’s State Farm Stadium.
“I’m thinking about bringing someone,” she replied. “I’m not sure, we’ll see.”
Naturally, fans assumed she was referring to one of the numerous artists with whom she has collaborated throughout her illustrious career. But Rihanna wasn’t referring to any of them.
