Senator Adeola Olamilekan Solomon has revealed what he will do if he is given the chance to represent the people of Ogun West Senatorial district in the forth coming February 25th election.

Solomon spoke while speaking with his supporters at the grand finale of his Senatorial Campaign at NUD primary school Ilaro.

He revealed that he had gone round all five local governments which comprises of Yewa North, Yewa South, Ipokia, Ado-Odo and Ilaro and the 59 wards in the district and had seen that many things needed urgency.

Solomon said since his arrival, he had done the ones that needed urgency and that he would still continue to attend to them if he was given the chance to represent Yewa North.

He also promised to prevent closure of borders in the district.

Solomon stated that lack of job made most people go into smuggling and that he had been attending to it by training the youth, teachers, students on various vocations and that they had been empowered with equipment and a start up funds given to each trainee.

“I have gone round the 5 Local Government in Ogun West Senatorial District and the 59 wards, I have seen that the district lacks so many things and many of those things needs urgency which I have done; those things like training of our youth, empowerment of Market women, teachers, students and physically challenged persons.

“Some wards don’t have light, I have doled out 25 transformers, computer laptops, tricycles, make-up kits, hairdressing saloon equipment, gas cylinders, cookers and other confectionery equipment, grinding machines, deep freezers, sewing machines, cash grants of N100,000 each for 200 trained physically challenged persons and N80,000 each for 587 Agric-Value Chain trainees,” he said.
