The Deputy governor of Delta State, Kingsley Otuaro, was one of the top government officials who failed to win in their polling units in the presidential election conducted on Saturday.
Otuaro, whose principal, Ifeanyi Okowa is the running mate to Atiku Abubakar, the PDP presidential candidate was defeated in his polling unit by Peter Obi of Labour Party (LP).
Result from Polling Unit 4, Primary Health Centre, Umutu, in Warri South-West Local Government Area, Delta State where Otuaro voted showed that Obi polled 123 votes to defeat Atiku of the PDP, who scored 58 votes.
Tinubu, the candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC), also defeated Atiku in the polling unit by securing 65 votes.
