Official: Atiku claims Adamawa, Tinubu wins big in Oyo, Ogun

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar has defeated Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the APC in Adamawa State in Saturday’s presidential election.

In the results released by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Atiku polled 417,611 votes to defeat Tinubu, who got 182,881 votes, while Peter Obi of Labour Party scored 105,648 votes to come third.

In Oyo State, Tinubu defeated Atiku heavily to claim the state with 449,884 votes. Atiku got 182,977 votes while Obi polled 99,110 votes.

The APC’s presidential candidate also won Ogun State with a wide margin. He scored 341,554 votes to win the State.

Atiku scored 123,831 to come second while Obi got 85,829 to come third.
