Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi has been declared winner of Saturday’s presidential election in Nasarawa State.
He was declared winner by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Abuja on Monday.
Obi polled 191,361 votes to defeat Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who scored 172,922 votes to come second.
Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) came third, garnering 147,093 votes, while Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (PDP) polled 12,715 votes.
