Tinubu coasts to victory in Zamfara

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress has won the presidential election in Zamfara State, beating Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Tinubu polled 298,396 votes to defeat Atiku, who got 193,978 votes to come second.

Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) polled 4,044 votes to come third, while Peter Obi of Labour Party scored 1,660 votes to come fourth.
