Buhari mourns death of Abacha’s son

Abdullahi, the son of late former head of state, Sani Abacha, died on Saturday.
President Muhammadu Buhari has extended heartfelt condolences to the former First Lady, Marayam Abacha, and family on the death of their son, Abdullahi.
This is contained in a statement issued by Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to the President, Media and Publicity.
“The President’s prayers and thoughts are with the family of Abacha as they grieve the passing of the young Abdullahi.
“The President prays for the repose of the soul of the deceased and comfort for those who mourn,” the statement said.
Abdullahi, the son of late former head of state, Sani Abacha, died on Saturday.
His sister, Gumsu Abacha, disclosed this in a tweet on Saturday.
According to the post, Abdullahi died in the early hours of the day.
“Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un. I lost my younger brother Abdullahi Sani Abacha,” she wrote.
