Bournemouth players celebrate victory over Liverpool.

Bournemouth claimed a shocking 1-0 victory over Liverpool on Saturday after Philip Billing’s first half strike.

Liverpool, just coming from 7-0 demolition of Manchester United, were favourite to carry the day at Bournemouth, but the Reds fumbled.

Dango Ouattara provided Philip Billing with a nice pass inside the box in the first half and he finished with a strike into the middle of the goal.

Liverpool dominated play with 70 percent ball possessions, 15 goal attempts and six shots on goal, but they could not break the resilience of the home team.
