A 16-year-old was stabbed on a bus in Blackheath, South London on Saturday.
MyLondon reported that police were called to an incident on Blackheath Grove near the centre of the village at approximately 4:20 pm.
The Met Police and ambulances were said to have rushed to the scene and taken the injured boy to hospital.
He has subsequently been found to have suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made so far with police beginning their enquiries.
“Police were called at approximately 16:20hrs on Saturday, 1 April to reports of a male suffering stab injuries in Blackheath Grove, SE3.
“Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and the male, believed aged 16, was taken to hospital for treatment; his injuries are not life-threatening.
“His next of kin have been informed. Early enquiries have established that the male sustained his injuries after an incident on a bus in Lee High Road, SE12. There have been no arrests; enquiries continue.
