Hilda Effiong-Bassey, also known as Hilda Baci, a Nigerian chef and restauranteur, is set to break the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking time by an individual.

She announced her intentions in a video posted to her Instagram page on Sunday.

Baci plans to cook for four (4) days and nights, for a total of 97 hours, at Amore Gardens in Lagos. If she breaks the marathon record, she will be the first woman in Africa to do so in her field.
