The controversial singer was arraigned on a five-count charge bordering on assault, stealing, and resisting arrest, leveled against him by the Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, Frank Mba.
He pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Chief Magistrate Aina Soneye of the Ifo Magistrate court, while adjourning the case to the 26th of April for commencement of trial admitted the defendant to bail in the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Naira with two sureties in like sum
In the second charge, he was admitted to bail in the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Naira and two sureties in like sum.
The defendant is to fulfill his bail conditions or be remanded at Ilaro Correctional center, Ogun state.
