Former US President, Donald Trump has pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of criminal charges slammed on him in a Manhattan Court on Tuesday.
The charges stem from an investigation into a hush money payment made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels during the 2016 presidential campaign.
The former US President was indicted last Thursday by the Manhattan Grand Jury and he was the first former president to be so indicted.
He arrived New York on Monday in preparation for his arraignment today.
Trump surrendered himself to the police on arriving the Manhattan house and was subsequently arrested and arraigned court.
He was subsequently arraigned in court on Tuesday evening.
Trump officially became the first former president to face criminal charges Tuesday when he was arraigned.
