The Stakeholders’ forum kicked off with a panel discussion themed “ A collaborative approach to building sustainable relationships”.

Nigeria’s leading HR outsourcing management company; Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL) hosted its Stakeholders’ Forum maiden edition for Q1 which was held at Radisson Blu Ikeja, Lagos.

The Stakeholders’ forum kicked off with a panel discussion themed “ A collaborative approach to building sustainable relationships”.

The conversation was led by four industry experts and renowned professionals who led the discussion, exploring and providing insightful feedback that will aid in developing collaborative strategies for long-term business relationships.

Diving deep into the conversation, President, Human Capital Providers Association Of Nigeria (HuCaPAN), Dr Olufemi Ogunlowo shared that collaboration is not a destination, rather it is a journey and that it is practically impossible for anyone to be greater than everyone. He also emphasized that collaboration should be approached through bilateral and multilateral means.

Also contributing to the discussion COO, CIG Mr Victor Adebayo shared the risks and benefits for parties collaborating beyond the environment.

He stated that service deliveries should be reviewed periodically and not just left to the initial agreements at commencement. Mr Sylvester Ojugo, Chief Financial officer; RIL noted that for effective collaboration, it is crucial to develop platforms for stakeholders to communicate, share, and acquire information.

West Africa Regional Head, People and Culture, Standard Bank, Mrs Funke Amobi closed the panel discussion by quoting that “Independent businesses are those that comprehend the value of teamwork in a dynamic environment.”
