Real Estate queen, Dr. Ololade Valentina Abuta said she no longer fear death after she lost her kid sister to cancer five years ago.

Abuta, who is the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Gracias Group of Companies, said it was at the point of losing her sister she realised that nothing could stop death when it was time.

She claimed to have spent over N50 million on her sister’s ailments and was willing to spend more to keep her alive, adding that her entire family went into serious fasting and prayer, but that she still died.

Abuta, in a post on her Instagram page, said: “After I lost my kid sister to cancer 5 yrs ago, I no longer have fear for death, because it was at that point I realised, that thing called death, nothing can stop it when it’s time.

I spent over 50 million naira on my sister’s ailments and was willing to spend more to keep her alive, my entire family went into serious fasting and prayers, my deceased sister had sooooo much faith that she was going to survive it.

The day she was leaving for India, she whispered to me “hey big sis, don’t worry your money spent on my ailments wouldn’t waste, I will return to you sound and healthy, but she never returned alive despite several surgeries, rather her body was repatriated to Nigeria.

So here is a soft reminder for you, Life is shorter than we feel it is, mind you, you being alive today doesn’t make you better than those that are dead, it doesn’t mean your prayers are the reason you are still alive, it’s not just your time yet, Even Jesus Christ known as the son of God died at a prime age, So live your life like you will either die old or die young, this may sound harsh but it’s the reality of life, so carry this thought with you Henceforth .”
