The 26-year-old founder of J Messoud University, an online course that equips aspiring entrepreneurs with the necessary skills further disclosed his next move after his successful investments in Ethiopia.
According to Messoud, he plans to start a massive project of building a 15-floor apartment building in Addis Ababa which is worth 2.2m pounds.
In his words, “Recently, I purchased a property in Ethiopia’s poshest area for €400,000 back in 2021 it is now worth 1 million dollars.”
“After my successful property investments in Ethiopia, I want to start building a 15-floor apartment building in Addis Ababa worth £2.2m,” Messoud disclosed.
“My property portfolio in both the UK and Ethiopia are worth millions and I plan to buy many more in the future,” he added.
Messoud researched profitable online products. He enrolled in a variety of courses run by successful mentors who taught him everything he needed to know about e-commerce and affiliate marketing.
From his earlier days reselling other peoples’ goods at boot sales, Messoud had progressed to developing and selling his own branded goods online via Amazon. Word of Messoud’s expertise as an e-commerce seller quickly spread and he soon found his advice was in demand. Keen to pass on his expertise, he started running a mentorship program to teach others the key to online retailing success.
