Ex Vice-President Osibanjo loses Twitter verification tag

Popular blogging platform, Twitter has removed the verification tag of the former Vice-president of Nigeria, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo’s twitter account.

The special verification tag before its removal was designed for officials of government.

As at press time, it was noticed that Osinbajo’s tag had been removed while the one of the account of the former president Muhammadu Buhari remained.

Twitter is yet to reply to questions as to why the former vice president’s verification tag was removed so soon.

Former Vice-President Osinbajo and his principal, Buhari, handed over to the administration of Bola Tinubu and Shettima today.
