President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has resumed work at the Aso Rock Villa a day after he was sworn in as president of Nigeria.
Tinubu made his first appearance since swearing in around 2:38pm on Tuesday and was received by the Vice President, Kashim Shettima.
Also there to receive him were the Speaker, House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila and the Permanent Secretary of the State House, Tijjani Umar.
There were also Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele; Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, Mele Kyari; former Lagos State Commissioner for Finance, Wale Edun; Dele Alake and James Faleke.
Before entering the Villa Tinubu inspected the guard of honour.
It was gathered that he will meet with Emefiele and Kyari over the lingering fuel crisis in the country following his announcement ending fuel subsidy in the country.
The president is still being expected to announce his Chief of Staff, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, spokesperson, among others.
