Gov. Hyacinth appoints new SSG, HoS, 3 others

Newly sworn-in governor of Benue State, Hyacinth Alia, has announced the appointment of five new persons.

This is contained in a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Tersoo Kula, on Wednesday.

According to the statement, the governor appointed Prof. Joseph Alakali as the Secretary to the State Government.

Also appointed were Moses Agbogbo Ode as Head of Service; Paul Biam as Chief of Staff; Tersoo Kula as the Chief Press Secretary and Dr. Emmanuel Chenge as the Principal Private Secretary.

Kula noted that the appointments take immediate effect.
